Situated in the Cedars Neighborhood, the Blue House is one of the oldest Victorian Era homes in Dallas, and it happens to have been built by a Jewish businessman, Max Rosenfield. On January 29, 2023, an official celebration of its full renovation -including a tour and special film preview.
