Bringing Dallas Jewish History to You

The Dallas Jewish Historical Society Speakers Bureau exists to provide your school, synagogue, organization, community center, chavurah, university campus, study group, etc. with an overview of local Jewish history. By sharing local history, we hope to:
- Encourage honest conversations about our role as Jews in our community – past, present, and future
- Share opportunities to learn about the importance of historical preservation
- Serve as a resource to strengthen Jewish identity and commitment in our communities

Jo Reingold
As a “Dallasite” and the Secretary of the DJHS Board of Directors for several years, (and a member and volunteer for many more) Jo’s passion for Dallas Jewish history shines, especially when she shares our history with others! She is a sought after speaker for many chavurot and organization events, going out of her way to use fun and interactive techniques to help bring Dallas Jewish history alive for participants.
