Reva Morrow was born in 1938 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She attended the University of Pittsburgh where she met her husband, Neil, who was in medical school at the time. They moved to Dallas due to her husband’s internship at the Methodist Hospital. Upon their arrival, they found the growing Dallas Jewish community through Hadassah, Temple Emanu-El, and B’nai B’rith. Through these organizations, the Morrows made themselves at home in Dallas’ Jewish community, where they have had great success.

Lois Goldberg was born in 1928 in Corsicana, Texas, and raised in Fort Worth. Her dad was a traveling businessman who served in World War I and was stationed in South Texas. Lois attended elementary school in Dallas followed by Forest Avenue High School. She recalls being in Boston at the time of the attack on Pearl Harbor. Lois went to the University of Texas and married her husband, Bob, at the age of 18 after Bob returned from the Navy. Lois has always been involved with various youth groups in the community, specifically working as an advisor to B’nai B’rith Youth in her later years. Lois and Bob raised one daughter and two sons, all of whom followed their parents’ example of community involvement.

Stephanie Berman was born in 1966 in Dallas, Texas. She attended Akiba Academy of Dallas through Kindergarten and later attended J. J. Pearce High School. Stephanie, a successful jewelry designer, opened a jewelry store inside the Shops at Willow Bend, but later opened her own studio. Stephanie’s husband, Peter, is an electrical contractor for commercial buildings. As a proud Jew, Stephanie urges people to stand by their religion and traditions.
